Had my nails and toes done as well as having my hair shaped and trimmed and also balayage highlights. I stopped by the salon to get an initial consultation but they managed to fit me in there and then which was amazing. I spent 5 hours in the salon and the results exceeded my expectations! Happy is a very good hair dresser and colourist. She gave me recommendation what I should do but also listened to what I want. She got the highlights just the right tone and colour and I was very happy (pun not intended) with the trim. Highly recommend the salon and Happy!!! My pedi and mani was really good... Having a fresh coconut whilst getting my nails gone. It was perfect.
Asked for an appointment the night before and got one straight away for 10am. Got a half leg wax, underarm detox and a brow wax. All of the staff there are so friendly and speak amazing English. The lady who did my lags and underarms was the nicest lady I’ve had wax me. Price for all the treatments combined was 650,000 and I’m sure you could get it cheaper elsewhere but the experience and level of quality is just worth it, plus the salon is like something out of an instagram post so cute and pretty. I would recommend any service Mynx does to anyone and I’ll be going again when I come back to Bali 😍 Thank you for an amazing experience Mynx Team you made my day 😇

I went to the mynx salon over the weekend and got my eyelash extensions done. WARNING do NOT get your eyelashes done here. My lashes were glued together and have been in pain ever since. I've messaged the whatsapp number asking for a refund and removal and they refused to give a refund because in the photo my eyes did "not look irritated" > Only a removal which they didn't even clarify if it was free or not. Only when I asked for clarification, they said they don't offer refunds. Honestly that doesn't make any sense for me to go to get a removal with them because why would I waste my time to get my lashes done to get them removed if there wasn't something clearly wrong with the service. Another the problem is, the cost of going to the salon from where I was for a removal would have costed more than the cost of the removal itself. I did not want to waste any more time of my trip on this establishment. The atmosphere was nice but I also had to get my appointment done on a dirty towel. Clearly comfort is not a priority here. Most of my real lashes are irritated and have been ripped out due to the glue attaching many real lashes one another in clumps. I now wake up everyday feeling like there is glue scratching my eyes. Photo reference for the lash extensions that have fell out. NO professional establishment would approve 30 lashes being attached to one singular lash. I booked my boyfriend a massage as well. He said it was ok. I went to another salon to get it removed. Safe to say that there are great salons out here in bali, this is NOT one of them.
I got the very exclusive treatment here. Body massage and body scrub is very nice, manicure and pedicure too, the detail is my favorite. Hair mask and the blow wave make me relax and refresh. The place is exclusive, like the barbie's house, clean, tidy with the pinky in every corner. The staff is very friendly, and pamper you very nice. 🌟✨🌟✨
