Surfing is a must try experience if you are in Bali. But be sure to prepare your shoulders for lots of hard paddling :) there is nothing to worry about, because guys from the Spicy Surfschool will explain everything and be with you all the time.
Wonderful experience making surf for the first time. Teachers are really nice and everytime help you to improve the technique. I totally recommend the school for surfing in Canggu!
Best surf school I’ve been to! I’ve been traveling around and taken lessons at several places and this is by far the best. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will teach you more than just how to stand up after they push you into a wave. I went back for about 20 lessons so that I could gain real confidence, know how to read waves and surf conditions and improve my skills beyond beginner level. Also, the school is located within a really fun beach front bar and restaurant that’s perfect to hang at before and after your session. The food is great and music playing all day!
