We had an amazing surf lesson from the instructors from Surf with Aldo. Both adult and child (10 year) had a private (English speaking) instructor. First a lesson on the beach to explain and practise the basics and then off into the waves. The waves were high but the top instructors really helped to catch some waves. I would definitely recommend this surf school both for adults and kids.
We had such a positive, fun, friendly experience with Aldo and his talented team. They had great tips and advice, and we had all stood up on the board within half an hour of being in the water. The instructors helped us by pushing us out to the break and explaining how and when to go for a wave. After your session you can have a couple of bintangs and a laugh with the guys at the legendary Alody bar. Aldo will often message you with suggested times for the best surf but they do several slots on a day. Everything done on WhatsApp is so easy. Thanks again to Aldo and the team! Aldo is very experienced and a great professional. He teaches a lot, and not only how to catch a wave and stand up, but also a lot about the ocean, current, and tide. I took 10 lessons with him, and went from zero to a confident beginner level, and could catch own green waves at the end. Definitely recommend Aldo to everyone!
Ive had a blast learning how to surf with Aldo and his team. With their instruction, I was able to stand up multiple times in the first lesson. I’ve already had my second lesson and have plans to take more. Highly recommend!
