This guided tour and our tour guide, Gade, made our trip more special and memorable than we could imagine! By the end of our trip, our tour guide became a dear friend. We were so lucky to have him do all of our tours. He was punctual, helpful and overall cared about our experience. All the places we went were astonishing and the ride was more than smooth. Traveling in a large sprinter van with cold AC and Wifi was a no-brainer. Book your tours with Made and ask for Gade!!
We booked Nusa Penida tour through Klook. Driver named Jerry (tattooed driver) was sent to pick us up from hotel to drop at Sanur Harbour. That driver was vocally aggressive, always shouting, abusive and racist. He was driving fast and in a very unsafe manner without caring about life of people in car. We complaint to tour operator in regards to this. They were very friendly and prompt and changed the driver for pick up. Driver in Nusa Penida and driver in Bali for return were good and friendly. Please avoid Jerry driver at all cost and ask for replacement if he is allocated for trip to continue pleasureful.
We booked two tours (1 full day Exotic North Bali and 1 half day) via Bali Made Tour. Pipik was our driver and we can fully recommend Bali Made Tour, especially Pipik. Even he told us that he is "just a driver" and not a licensed tour guide, he managed to tell us a lot about the Balinese culture and different sights we were visitting. His English skills are very good so we could talk about nearly everything. We definitely recommend Bali Made Tour as a company. If you would like to book one of their tours, ask for Pipik as a driver!
Type of car allocated differ from what was requested & paid for. Requested & paid for Toyota Camry/Volkswagen Passat or similar, but got a Daihatsu Xenia. Furthermore, pick-up was not punctual. The reception at the airport cited traffic jam & also driver busy with earlier assignment. Bali Made operations should do a better job with driver scheduling, taking these situations (traffic jam & previous assignments) into consideration.
So far i found this company is the best travel company been traveling many times
