i came here during my pregnancy, its super safe for all mom to be and btw the dolphin ultrasound will be good for baby brain’s development inside .. all of the staff tell us all the details clearly and educational. the toilet and changing room r also clean, the towel for showering is clean, soft and fragrant.. So far that i saw, all of the dolphin trained well and they also taking care very well, just like full of love , i saw how sweet the relation between the trainer and each of the dolphin Just Hoping they’ll always train the dolphin with love and no animal abusement since they re one of the place to conserve dolphins what to bring : • own towel for showering (they provide beach towel) • beach shoes (the pool floor quite slippery) • swimsuite there are 3 packages to choose, with different facility and duration .. and there’s 30% discount for Indonesian’s citizen (ask for more info to them) Thank you for the amazing experience
Your experience may vary, but my experience was pretty minimal. About two minutes or less direct encounter with the dolphin for feeding & photo. The staff in charge rushed me off from the pool, citing the need for the dolphins for rest time. Edit: Thank you for your response dear Sir/owner. Next time I will try to set my expectation lower.
Loved it been and done other dolphin places in Cuba and all but that one by far was the best and please choose discovery program straight away as you will have a lot of time with dolphins and a lot of interaction and some tricks like pulling you and jumping over your head well worth it :)

That was amazing experience, my sons soooo happy. The staff was very nice, and the protocol of Covid-19 really great there, only one families in one time. Thank you Bali Marine Park, hope one day we can visit again
This was a terrible experience. Beware of this tourist trap. The pricing is higher for tourists than advertised and the staff scam money out of you at every opertunity available. We booked a package for our 6 year old daughter and at the time of booking was told that we were allowed to watch and supervise her but not participate. Our booking was for at 12:30 and when we arrived in preparation for the session another member of the staff came to us with a form to waiver any and all liabilities as only my daughter could enter the facility and we must stay out side. When we questioned this we were told it would cost another $100 for us to accompany her (the staff accept no liability and expect you to consent to them looking after your child for 40 minutes in a swimming pool). They then told us that we would have to wait an additional 2 hours to be ready for the encounter. All in all this was a terrible experience and there are far better places to interact with dolphins in Bali such as the dolphin lodge. TOURISTS BEWARE
