We booked through Indah at Canggu- we asked for a cooking class which she didn't have leaflets for but immediately got the details from her manager on a recommended cooking class which turned out to be absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our holiday. It was quick and easy to book and Indah stayed in contact via whatsapp for any help we needed. Very good service
We joined nusa penida daily tour, the tour and our guide was okey but their drop up service was awfull. They sent us to the first place from the harbour and we asked our driver but nobody cares. When we ask the driver just said to us ‘wait’. How long had to wait i want to ask? i think nobody wants to take the customer to drop off. End of this things i reached the operator and someone called me, ask our tour name, when i told her she laughed and told ‘wait’. After 1 hour they sent a car FINALLY. We are in the car but i think the car is not going to canggu even.
Awful service and really bad organization of excursion. The lady sold us the ticket for the boat that does not exist, the company refused to give any refund and simply blocked us in WhatsApp.
Niki was very responsive with ideas for tours. The price was great....Our driver Putu was THE BEST driver ever!!! He was on time, patient, and kept was safe in the busy roads! The car was up to date and clean!!! I recommend this company and Putu for a driver :-)
