Most tour guides on this island are very nice, this one included. But some lack the ability to chime in with pertinent information about the Balinese people and culture, history, current events, politics and other items you may wish to learn about during your trip. This guide group has all of this and more. A true one stop shop in a land of abundant drivers and guides this group is THE GO TO group. Many apps subcontract to random groups so I would highly suggest contacting this group first via WhatsApp and skipping the random nature of booking thru another app agency! Have fun!
Agunk was the BEST personal guide I could have asked for while traveling with my family in Bali. His knowledge of restaurants, shopping, hotels and beautiful locations across Bali was paramount. In each town across Bali, Agunk was able to tell us about where to eat and what specialty each town was known for. He told us "the who, what, where, when, and why" of every town we traveled in. Which town to buy wood pieces, and which to buy paintings, where to buy clothes, and why you should skip one restaurant to experience another. His help in guiding our experience was perfect. I really appreciate everything he told us. When we arrived at the airport, Agunk was already waiting for my family: my 14 month-old, my almost 3 year-old, my husband and myself. He had carseats for both my kids and would even help put my kids in the car. He was amazing with my kids. By the end of our trip, my 3 year-old had been carried by Agunk though rice terraces, back from a waterfall, and through part of a monkey forrest. I would definitely suggest Agunk to anyone traveling with children.

Absolutely the best tour guide in Bali. Agunk just cares so much about his clients to ensure the experience is amazing. So friendly and kind and extremely punctual. His knowledge of the area was so great and made our tours so much more enjoyable. We booked several tours with him during our trip and we were so happy with the service we received and highly recommend them.
