Very puncture driver made my day as my daughter was getting excited and we did not have to wait too long. The ATVs were good and well maintained and the waiting area has a good waiting area for the rest of the guest who did not arrived on time. The 2 guide were relentless in making our trip fun and even found a Durain for my daughter and me. One of them says he is Pak Helen and he is very professional in what he is doing. The driver Pak Agong on the way back saw that my daughter did not ate well and offered to bring us to a pizza place for take away which made her day!

We usually book our private drivers through Klook, but decided to book directly at Bali Sun Tours another time. Communication through WhatsApp was a breeze and we were greeted with the best driver we had met - Pandu. He spoke English and had great conversational skills. We learnt a lot about Balinese culture. Our tour guide for the day (Ardi) commands a superb grasp of English - he’s a really fluent speaker of the language, and it was a joy having him with us on various parts of our day tour. His jokes brighten up our day, in addition to the great photos that he took for us. He is also an excellent navigator of the difficult traffic situations in Bali roads. Would highly recommend him as your tour guide if you have a choice! 👍
Highly recommend driver Purna. He has guided us through bali, planned our day for us and catered the enyire trip to our preferences. He even search continuously for shops to do manicure for me and to look for sold out toys. Thankful for him and highly recommend people fo request for him. Best service, humble and friendly guide. Very nice guy, deserve more tips and higher pay. Does way more than his own job scope. More of a friend than a driver.
