Excellent service. Very friendly stuff. Our dive master was very knowledgable. Really beautiful diving locations. You don’t need to worry about anything. Everything was taken care for us from diving equipment to lunch and transportation. I would recommend without second thoughts
Bought a pair of goggles here for my daughter. Took them home and used them immediately to try them our. Tried to wipe them dry with a tissue but the coating immediately started coming off and left terrible scratches on the lens. This was after using a tissue and a wet wipe. I tried to return them the next day but they wouldn't give me a refund. They only wanted to replace them but they were obviously bad quality and I didn't want another bad quality pair of goggles. What a waste of money. We went to another dive shop and got an awesome pair of Speedo goggles for almost the same price as the low quality pair we were sold here. They're obviously rinsing people with very bad quality goods at very high markup.
The best dive center in Bali. All staff has an excellent service mind. The place is clean and comfortable, dive leaders are skilled and take good care of us. Highly recommended.
