My husband and I booked this ATV 1 year ago and had the best experience, back then it was a small business where the staff made you feel welcome, the guide took his time to show you how to work the ATV and then stopped to take pics and chatted to you at the rest stop/cave. I wrote a glowing review back then so it seems only right to re-write an updated review based on my experience today. I have to say it was the total opposite of last year! So disappointing. It looks like popularity has destroyed this business. First of all, we booked 3 days ago but when we got there were told it would be a 15 min wait (that's fair enough, bali time and all that) After 1 hour wait, I approach the lady (who looks like she's in charge, only to be told we have another 15 minute wait. Ok, no worries, it was busy. After another 1/2 hour wait I approach same lady as people who arrived way after us were getting called to go and advise her that if we don't go in the next 15 mins we would like a refund (We had already waited 1hour 45mins at this point) to which she advised we were next! So I walk away. In the meantime, another family requesting refund. They receive refund and leave. Next names called up are not for us but yet for more people who have arrived after us. This time I ask their driver why this happens to which he advises he brings lots of customers daily to this business. So, I'm thinking maybe there is no booking system, or turn taking taking place here. Anyway, after over 2 hours wait our driver speaks up, and guess what, we were then next! No explanation on how to work the quad bikes. Guides pretty much rushing us through like cattle! Stopped at rest point where guides all chatted with each other, I had to go find them to ask for water. Two quads in our group set off without the guide even noticing. He then quickly jumped on his bike to try catch them up and left us. We had to guess where we were headed until we caught them up! I am not normally one to write a negative review, however, like I said earlier, because I gave a glowing one last year when business deserved it, I think it's only right to give this review.
great track ...was fun...kids liked it so much. suggest to add more shower room...proper lockers...and most importanly ..pls change ...

Sirkuit yang sangat menantang tapi aman
Minggu as a tour guide was super all throughout our private trip. The terrain is man made but a must do when you come to Bali.
