Ketut was recommended by a friend. We communicated via WhatsApp prior to the trip. Initially we only booked a one day tour to Ubud, visited day clubs and restaurants. After chatting with Ketut, he recommended us to visit the holy spring temple as we have not visited during our previous trips. He knows Ubud really well and recommend activities according to your interest (temples, spa, restaurants, nature, day clubs). He speaks good English too, communication was easy.
